Urs Landolf is a Partner, Swiss Markets Leader, leader of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Legal Services Practice in Europe and a member of the Global Leadership Team of the Tax & Legal Services Practice. He is a member of the Management Board and the Board of Directors in Switzerland.
Urs Landolf joined the Swiss firm in 1982 and became a Partner in 1988. He is a specialist in international tax planning for multinational corporations including structuring in transactions and re-organisations, and in value chain enhancements. He also advises entrepreneurs and owners of private businesses. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and author of articles on the above mentioned subjects.
Urs Landolf graduated in Business Administration and Economics and qualified as a Doctor of Law at the University of St. Gallen. After his studies he had a 4 year academic career as an assistant to a professor of public law at the University of St. Gallen. He spent one year in New York with the international tax services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
