A brief insight into our daily work

Around 2,800 people from more than forty different countries work at PwC’s 15 offices in Switzerland. A top priority for us is to create a good working environment where people feel well and can do good work. We want everyone who works for us to be able to make a full contribution and have plenty of opportunity to grow and develop.

At PwC, people treat one another with respect. Our uncomplicated way of addressing each other also helps ensure good team spirit: everyone at PwC Switzerland, from apprentices to the boss, is on first-name terms.

People are extremely important for PwC. We challenge and encourage our staff, and give them the best possible opportunities to learn and develop. This also applies to our apprentices, as you’ll see from the following reports:
