Carl is leader Operations in PwC’s customer transformation practice in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He has more than 15 years of global experience in helping companies to grow as well as in-depth knowledge and experience in front office transformations, digital transformations, sales effectiveness, process design, business case development, agile programme management, operating model development, and governance.

He focuses on growing PwC’s integrated solutions offering (pre-configured technology backed by business-led process design with focus on end user experience) across 22 territories
and developing additional skills within the practice to achieve aggressive growth targets. Carl has worked for 10 years with PwC. Before joining PwC Switzerland in 2020, he worked in our Dallas, TX office where he delivered some of our biggest global, customer centric transformations in tech, media, telco and industrial products sectors. He was also the solution owner for our Sales & Marketing Excellence solution enabled by Salesforce. He holds an MBA from Marriott School of Business (BYU), USA.
