Flora Marin is a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Switzerland, focusing on ESG incentives (R&D deduction, patent box) as well as sustainable value chains and operating model design and implementation.

Flora graduated from EM LYON (France) with a Master of Science in Management in 2007 focusing on strategy and business administration. Subsequently, she began her career in consulting and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zurich in 2011. Flora has a very strong business and strategy background combined with tax and transfer pricing expertise that enables multinational companies to design and implement sustainable value chains: from the origination of a product or service (R&D, Intellectual property) to the manufacturing footprint and supply chain down to the distribution of the services or products to external customers. Specifically, Flora has expertise in ESG incentives around R&D and intellectual property (patent box, R&D super deductions) as well as extensive experience in business and finance transformation for large multinational companies.

Flora has over 15 years’ experience in domestic and international business restructurings as well as value chain transformations to help companies create sustainable value for stakeholders. She advises Swiss and international companies and has led value chain transformations for various clients.
