Agnès Hoevenaars-Blust joined the People & Organisation practice of PwC Switzerland in April 2022. With her background in work and organisational psychology, she brings 20 years of experience in the area of compensation and benefits, both in corporate and consulting roles.
Agnès acts as an independent advisor to Compensation Committees of a large number of Swiss listed companies. She also supports organisations by providing them guidance on compensation strategy, incentive plan design and implementation, as well as stakeholder engagement on compensation matters, including the communication with company owners, institutional investors, proxy advisors, management and employees.
Agnès strongly believes that the key to creating a positive remuneration experience for all stakeholders is to simplify the compensation programmes and communicate in a transparent and efficient way.
