Martegn Arpagaus

Martegn is a Director in Technology Strategy & Transformation with over 15 years of IT transformation experience and 10+ years in financial services consulting. Martegn has led major transformation projects for national and international clients, specialising in customer journeys, post-merger integration, and core system transformation.
Before joining PwC, Martegn was Director (Journey Strategist/Product Owner) at UBS Switzerland, focusing on onboarding journeys and agile transformation. Previous roles include managing large-scale client portfolio separations and designing shared service models. At PwC, Martegn has defined cloud migration strategies and led business and IT transformation programs for Swiss insurers.
Martegn holds a degree in Information Technology (HSLU), a Federal VET Diploma in IT, and certifications including Professional Scrum Master, PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation.
