Michael is sales and marketing specialist in PwC’s commercial excellence team. He has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting and executive education with a focus on the industrial manufacturing, automotive, retail, and consumer industries. His fields of expertise include customer centricity, sales and marketing management on a strategic and operating level, negotiation and customer meeting management, value-based selling, customer journey management, as well as behavioural branding.

Michael is a lecturer for marketing at the University of St.Gallen. Prior to joining PwC Switzerland in April 2021, Michael has been the head of the Competence Center Inhouse and Customised Programmes at the Institute of Marketing at the University of St. Gallen for 10 years. He holds a PhD and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.

Michael likes to think out of the box and inspire people. He enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and drives tangible impact through his unique combination of skills.
