Aidan helps organisations navigate the social dimension of sustainability − developing future-proof human rights due diligence systems, addressing social topics in sustainability reporting, and equipping teams with the skills to own and sustain this work long-term. His work spans clients' own workforces and their extended value chains.
Before PwC, Aidan specialised in workers' rights and skills at the World Economic Forum. He also brings a background in country and operational risk analysis, including at the Economist Intelligence Unit, where he advised companies on their emerging market operations. This gives him a grounded, risk-informed lens on social sustainability challenges.
