Sustainability & Strategic Regulatory Leader, PwC Switzerland

Antonios Koumbarakis is Head of the Strategic Regulatory & Sustainability team within PwC Switzerland.  In this context, he advises financial institutions, regulatory authorities, central banks and governments in Switzerland, Europe, Asia and Middle East in the area of bank regulation, financial stability, sustainable and circular finance.

Antonios holds a Master of Arts in economics (lic.rer.pol) from University of Fribourg (Switzerland), a PhD in Economics, and executive degrees from London School of Economics, Barcelona GSE and Study Center Gerzensee. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn with a research focus in bank regulation and financial stability.
