Prafull is Partner Technology Strategy & Transformation and is part of the EMEA Cloud and Digital leadership team. He is drawing on 20 years of senior management and consulting expertise. A key advisor to C-level executives, his experience spans the banking, insurance, and high-tech industries. He specialises in technology strategy, data management, and cloud transformation.

Before joining PwC, Prafull was Managing Director and Chief Data Officer at UBS. He has led numerous M&A engagements, guiding clients from IT due diligence to post-deal integration. As a topic leader for Cloud & Digital at PwC Switzerland, Prafull has been instrumental in shaping technology transformation strategies for companies in several sectors. Among others, he has guided a major bank in defining their cloud and data strategy and implementing a data lifecycle framework. He has also developed cloud and data platform strategies for a large Swiss universal bank and oversaw the rollout of a division-wide data management framework and analytics platform. Prafull holds a diploma in computer science from the Technical University of Berlin.
