Sonam Kotadia joined the People and Organisation team at PwC Switzerland in 2021. Her background is in international security, with a focus on how to make political and social institutions more diverse, equitable, and inclusive for all people.

She is passionate about empowering people and helping them feel that they belong. Sonam's work on the Diversity, Inclusive Culture, and Equity includes DE&I maturity assessments, strategy building, and addressing race and ethnicity in the workplace. As a certified EQUAL-SALARY practitioner, she also supports companies across all industries and around the world demonstrate they provide equal pay for equal work and equal opportunities for all employees.
