Alex supports his clients on their journey to become truly fair and inclusive, delivering a wide range of projects and services that include EQUAL-SALARY audits, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and unconscious bias training, statistical analysis of pay gaps, D&I maturity assessment and D&I strategy consulting.
