Klara Bosshard joined the People & Organisation practice of PwC Switzerland in January 2021. Her strength lies in HR Transformation, L&D Strategy Development, Leadership Development, Implementation of Hybrid Working Models, Workforce Capability Management, Change Management & Communications as well as Diversity & Inclusion Trainings.
The challenging constant of change within the new work environment is becoming increasingly important. Klara is passionate about helping others navigate through this New Normal and it’s predicted implications by fostering the development of the right skill set to strive at every career stage.
In Klara’s view, the future of work will be diverse and will require an increased degree of inclusiveness on all levels. Building the bridge between people-centred transformation and Diversity & Inclusion therefore comes naturally to her.
