Michael is a leader in PwC’s Customer Transformation Practice, specialising in re-imagining customer experience and target operating models through developing and implementing customer journeys and digitally focused transformation strategies that deliver tangible societal and commercial outcomes. Deep expertise in combining and integrating cutting-edge customer technology with business strategy to transcend organisational lines and foster a customer-centric mindset and organization based on customer insights and measurement. Experience has been drawn from top-tier international institutions in Switzerland as well as Europe and the Asia Pacific, specifically in the Financial Services industry.
After starting his career with PwC Switzerland, Michael moved to the Asia-Pacific to broaden his expertise in one of the world’s leading market for customer transformation. In 2018, he re-joined PwC Switzerland where he currently is a Senior Manager looking to generate business value and transforming his client’s organizations around the customer. He holds a Master of International Management from the University of Sidney, and a CEMS Master of International Management from LSE, London, and HEC, Paris.
