• The integration of Agnès Blust Consulting expands PwC’s People & Organisation consulting practice

Zurich, 4. March 2022 – Agnès Blust Consulting (ABC), a boutique consulting business founded in 2013 and specialised in executive compensation services, joins PwC Switzerland. The integration of ABC strengthens PwCs growing People & Organisation (P&O) consulting practice.

P&O topics on the rise
In today’s complex world companies have increasing demand for consulting services on people, workforce and compensation topics. The integration of ABC is an important step to meet the growing demand in PwCs target market. “We are living through fundamental transformation in the way we work. Organisations are confronted with huge organisational, talent and HR challenges. And all of this at a time when businesses are already confronted with a range of additional external risks and challenges. ABCs expertise will strengthen our Reward practice within P&O and allow us to meet our client’s needs even better than before”, says Adrian Jones, Partner in People & Organisation.

A perfect fit
ABC was founded by Agnès Hoevenaars and has a strong track record in executive compensation services, focusing on Swiss listed companies. PwCs current Swiss Reward team, led by Angela Bucher, is also active in executive compensation services, with a focus on long-term incentive plan design, tax and legal considerations of compensation plans and IPO readiness. The clients of both teams can also benefit from the expertise in employment tax and pay equality, currently in high focus at many organisations. “The transaction allows us to grow stronger and to provide a compelling and unique set of compensation consulting services to our clients. I am very excited to join the Swiss Rewards practice with my team.” says Agnès Hoevenaars. Agnès and her team will officially join PwCs P&O Consulting team on 1 April 2022.
