Our Partner Martina Walt shares her journey in Corporate International Tax, which started right after her studies at the University of St. Gallen.
Having worked at PwC Switzerland in Corporate International Tax for more than 21 years, she’s convinced that staying curious and approaching one’s learning and development with an open mind are the best preconditions for a long, successful career. Especially nowadays, when living in a dynamic and fast-paced world, it’s essential to stay agile and foster continuous learning.
And what are some of the most significant changes in the last two decades?
“The focus on interdisciplinary collaboration and tackling complex problems more holistically are two of the most important changes. This requires working together with people with diverse backgrounds where everyone can bring in their unique skill set and perspective. And that’s what I find crucial for our daily work and personally very rewarding.”
