PwC Switzerland appoints Nadine Zollinger as General Counsel

Zurich, 1 July 2026 – PwC Switzerland has appointed Nadine Zollinger as General Counsel with effect from 1 July 2026. In this role, she will lead the Office of General Counsel and be responsible for the organization's legal affairs. Nadine Zollinger succeeds Gema Olivar Pascual, who has been in this role since 2017 and will support PwC Switzerland as a consultant after more than 30 years with the organisation.

Nadine Zollinger has more than 20 years of leadership and technical expertise in the areas of legal, compliance and human resources. Most recently, she was a partner in a Zurich law firm and advised clients on complex regulatory issues, including in the areas of technology and media. Previously, she served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Sunrise and UPC. In these roles, she was responsible for all legal and regulatory matters and accompanied significant integration, M&A and transformation projects.
