In this project, we helped the organisation build a hybrid SAP ERP setup. The parent company used SAP ERP Private, while subsidiaries and individual business units worked with SAP Cloud ERP. We also tackled several M&A situations: moving acquired companies to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and enabling carved-out businesses to run independently on their own ERP systems.
