Successful Deals with PwC: 4B sold to Dovista A/S

The PwC Deals team is pleased to announce that 4B, the Swiss market leader for windows and facades based in Hochdorf, will become part of the Danish group Dovista.

Dovista is a major window provider in Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, Sweden) with strong market positions in the UK and Ireland.
Dovista's extensive industry expertise, combined with 4B's strong market penetration, longstanding employees and experienced management, open up exciting growth prospects for 4B. The transaction was signed on 18 December 2024 and is subject to approval by the authorities.

PwC prepared a financial, pension and tax fact book and supported 4B with a GAAP assessment.
