PwC’s Corporate Finance Real Estate team is pleased to announce the sale of a portfolio of office properties in the Canton of Aargau to an institutional investor and private buyer respectively.
In July 2022, the Aargauische Pensionskasse transferred its direct real estate portfolio to investment groups managed by Pensimo (Turidomus). The in-kind transfer involved a property portfolio valued at c. CHF 800 million.
We are pleased to have advised on the divestment of the remaining commercial properties not subject to the in-kind transfer and sold separately in the market.
PwC acted as exclusive financial advisor to the Aargauische Pensionskasse in connection with the transaction.
