Successful Deals with PwC: Dynapresse Marketing SA sold to Asendia Press Edigroup SA

The Swiss Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the closing of Project Edelweiss, the sale of Dynapresse Marketing SA to Asendia Press Edigroup SA. PwC Corporate Finance Switzerland acted as exclusive financial advisor to the selling shareholder.

Dynapresse Marketing SA offers subscriptions to magazine and newspapers to private clients and companies. The Company also offers a wide variety of services to publishers such as promotions, management and distribution of subscriptions as well as subscription management services to business clients. Within the press division of Asendia, Asendia Press Edigroup SA specializes in consumer subscriptions in Switzerland and Belgium. By bringing these two entities together, Asendia reinforces its position in the press subscription market in Switzerland thanks to the complementary skills of the new entity and provides itself with the means to continue and ramp up its development.

The transaction takes effect retroactively on October 1, 2020. Dynapresse's legal entity continues to exist.
