PwC Switzerland is pleased to announce that it has supported the shareholders of Swiss Technology Group, a Swiss manufacturer of highly miniaturized microcircuits for the medical sector and provider of microcircuit coating solutions, with financial vendor assistance during the sale of the group to TTM Technologies.
Swiss Technology Group AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland specializes in the development and production rigid, rigid-flex, and flex printed circuit board (“PCB”) solutions as well as manufacturing and coating capabilities for miniaturized microcircuits for the medical technology sector.
TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced interconnect products, including PCBs and substrates.
