The Transaction Services team has supported Novae's management on the sale of the Group to Sodexo
Global foodservice and facilities management company Sodexo has acquired Switzerland-based high-end catering services firm Novae Restauration to expand its footprint in the country.
Founded in 2003, Novae Restauration is the leading independent player in high-end catering services for French-speaking Switzerland, with c. 700 employees serving a network of prestigious clients such as Pictet and Japan Tobacco International.
Novae Restauration will continue to operate under its name and the experienced operational management team will stay with the business to drive future growth, particularly in the corporate, institutional and education sectors.
