The Swiss Corporate Finance team advised Trasteel SA and Vanomet AG, two Switzerland based leaders in the steel industry on their acquisition of Officine Tecnosider S.r.l., a leading Italian manufacturer of hot rolled heavy plates for the construction and engineering industry.
The PwC CF team was led by Martin Frey (Partner, PwC Switzerland) and included Andreas Plattner (Director, PwC Switzerland), Dennis Goedde (Manager, PwC Switzerland) and Alain Boesch (Senior Consultant, PwC Switzerland).
M&A Tax and Legal advice was provided by PwC Switzerland and PwC Italy teams. The team leading the financial due diligence on the target was led PwC Italy.
