PwC acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Inside Group AG, a leading IT consulting firm specialised on Adobe Customer Experience solutions, on the sale of their shares to VASS Consultoría de Sistemas S.L., a portfolio company of One Equity Partners.
The Deal
The PwC Corporate Finance Switzerland team is pleased to announce the successful sale of Inside Group AG (“One Inside”) to VASS Consultoría de Sistemas S.L., (“VASS”), a portfolio company of One Equity Partners. One Inside is a leading IT consulting firm specialised on Adobe Customer Experience (“CX”) solutions. The transaction is an important step for the combined entity allowing to service its clients with a comprehensive solutions portfolio on an international basis.
The share purchase agreement was signed in April 2022 while the Deal is expected to be closed in May 2022, subject to successful anti-trust proceedings.
Inside Group AG
Founded in 1998 in Sissach, Switzerland, One Inside is an Adobe partner firm that has +10 years of experience in the implementation of award-winning CX projects in the field of Adobe Experience Manager as well as in complementing products and applications for many of Switzerland’s largest companies. The firm serves its clients from 5 offices and with over 70 expert technology professionals located in Switzerland, Germany and North Macedonia.
VASS
VASS Group is a Spanish IT Consulting firm specialised in digital transformation & IT solutions covering the entire digital value chain from the back- to the front-end.
