Successful Deals with PwC: ZuriMED in connection with its disposal to Stryker

PwC provided integrated sell-side Deal Structuring, Tax, MIP, SPA and Closing Accounts services to ZuriMED in connection with its disposal to Stryker.

ZuriMED spun off from the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich in 2015, developed the FiberLocker System, a commercialized rotator cuff augmentation technology designed to increase the biomechanical strength of the repair, and is now joining forces with Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies.
