How do you live your flexibility deal?
What’s your best career advice?
Do something you love and you will never work a day in your life!
While it may be easier said than done, it is important to do something you love. Work with people that inspire you and that you will learn from every day. Think about whom you would like to resemble, this helps you in your own personal development. Be organised. Be fair. Recognise the people that work with you, share your knowledge, and strive for professional excellence.
My biggest learning:
Everything is possible. You can learn anything. You just need willingness and motivation. With these ingredients you will go far!
What’s your favourite PwC value and why:
‘Work together’: This is the best way to evaluate a whole team. To get the best out of each team member and help each other. A great example is when I was able to do a complex audit with our team. I learnt a lot from this and now know what they need and how I can better help them gather the correct information. We all gain time in this way and gain in efficiency!
