Over the past 18 months, we have co-developed a suite of bespoke M&A AI tools through an exclusive partnership with Harvey AI, the leading GenAI solution for professional services.
The suite, trained on our firm's extensive M&A knowledge, automates large parts of the initial due diligence process across several key dimensions, including financial, commercial, ESG, tech and operations.
It also enables data Q&A / interrogation within an entire VDR and generates new insights that inform the deal thesis. The result is better, faster and more reliable information that supports decisions.
The PwC Harvey platform is an expanding collection of best-in-class GenAI tools that support every phase of the deal cycle.

"This Platform will be transformative for the M&A market, not only in terms of the insights it can generate, but also in the way it will simplify and enhance the deal process. One of the most important questions is whether an acquisition is worth pursuing. We expect to reveal greater value – unlocking more deals, extracting more value from them, and indeed reducing the number of failed deals too by using this platform to interrogate information and support our analysis."
