A training programme specially designed for compensation/reward specialists
Our team has created the Compensation Governance Training, which is a special programme for compensation/reward specialists who are expected to deal with reward governance matters in the future. The programme is composed of three modules, which all cover different aspects of compensation governance.
This one-day training has been developed for reward specialists who are expected to deal with reward governance matters in the future.
During this course, we cover all relevant compensation governance topics in the Swiss context, with a focus on corporate governance in general and the SIX Corporate Governance Directive in particular.

While module II and module III of the Compensation Governance Training build on Module I, we recommend participating in the modules in consecutive sequence.
This one-day training is the second session on Compensation Governance Training and has been developed for reward specialists who are expected to work on governance-related matters in the future.
During this course, which builds on module I, we cover relevant compensation governance topics in the Swiss context with a focus on the Ordinance Against Excessive Compensation in listed stock corporations (OAEC), the Swiss Code of Best Practice and international compensation governance aspects. The session includes practice cases and working group discussions.

While module I provides a solid basis of the compensation governance topics and disclosure requirements, it is not absolutely necessary to have participated in module I in order to participate in module II and module III.
This one-day training is the third session on Compensation Governance Training and has been developed for reward specialists, who have participated in module I and II and would like to deepen their understanding of Compensation Governance or are particularly interested in the topics of pay-for-performance and shareholder engagement in the Swiss context. This session includes practice cases and working group discussions.

While module I and module II provide a solid basis of the compensation governance topics, it is not absolutely necessary to have participated in these modules in sequence to attend module III.
